Per this Agreement; Client is releasing permission and rights-of-use to all material provided, to
DGL Partners to use in building a web site for client. Use of the web site, after publishing will be
the sole responsibility of the client. DGL Partners is responsible for building, hosting and
publishing only. DGL partners will not be held responsible for any actions taken against client
due to content or regarding content of web site. If for any reason whatsoever DGL Partners, or a
representative of DGL Partners, is required to do any work for a legal action taken against client,
DGL Partners will be paid normal hourly rate for all time spent. It is understood that any changes
in web site, requested by client, after 10 day review period, will require payment as per the
maintenance portion of this agreement. Total amount of any maintenance to be paid in full prior
to re-publishing web site.
Fee Schedule:   

A deposit will be required prior to start of any web building.
The deposit is 50% of the total amount. Including any 'Add-ons'.

‘Starter’ Package…… $99            site for the beginner… Add $99 for ‘Capture Page’
‘Basic’ Package……   $299          site for a Growing Business… Add $99 for ‘Capture Page’
‘Semi-Pro’ Package…$799           site for Exploding Your Business… Add $99 for ‘Capture Page’
‘Pro’ Package………  $1199        ‘Capture Page’  & ‘Your Video’ & Pictures included  

Inserting pictures not included. (Except ‘Pro” Package.) Insertion of pictures:  $170
Plus administration and processing fees:  $139 on all Packages
Domain and hosting costs included in fees.

Allow 1 to 2 weeks after we have acquired deposit for site to be published.
Client to have 10 days, after completion-before publishing to review site and ask for changes to
be made. After this 10 day period, any changes will be within the maintenance agreement.

Maintenance:
Maintenance fees:  $46 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.
Allow minimum of 2 days to 1 week for any changes to be published. All payments must be
received prior to publishing. All payments made directly through PayPal. Contact us for payment
details.

Renewal:
The term of this agreement is for one (1) year. Renewal of your website must reach us by the end
of the 11th month in order to allow us sufficient time to renew with the domain and host.
